Align Conveyancing Solutions

In late 2023 we introduced our Align Conveyancing Solution system (ACS), a multi-faceted system for companies involved in the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property.

The first part of the system is aimed at Conveyancers and offers an end to end solution, from the initial quotation and onboarding to post completion e submissions.

The system reduces the need for double input and offers a simple to use workflow, issuing client care letters, the ordering of searches etc.

The system is also able to integrate with all the main Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs) that conveyance companies may already use and if not, we can develop the integration for you at no cost.

The system is fully customisable, so if there are any modules that you don’t want to use, then you don’t have to and unlike some of our competitors, there are no hefty ongoing fees just for using the system.

The system has numerous features which include allowing for a Report on Title to be produced using the ART Navro system and submissions can be made to SDLT and HMRC. Biometric AML checks can be carried out as part of the onboarding process and we also offer a full suite of indemnity insurance products through our partnership with DUAL.

On the search side of the system we work in partnership with all the main players in the industry and offer both Official & Regulated Local Authority and Drainage & Water searches, as well as a full suite of mining, environmental and any other report you may need, and if we don’t currently offer it, we will look into what we can do so we can. Another new feature of the ACS system is our GIS mapping system which automatically plots a property and enables conveyancers to see at glance planning and building control information & to see if the property is in a conservation area, flood zone etc. It also enables you to order planning & building control legal documents at the touch of a button.
